Located right next to the Cambridge's bustling city centre, Jesus College was like stepping into an alternative universe, steeped in history and boasting beautiful architecture, it was like being on the set of a Harry Potter film. The venue was magical, however the true magic unfolded throughout Stephanie & Johnny's wedding day.
I had the honour of being their chosen wedding photographer at Jesus College in Cambridge, the location where the Bride & Groom first met. Not only was this the first Jewish Wedding to be held at Jesus College, but it was also my first ever Jewish Wedding.
To say I didn't know what to expect, would be somewhat of an understatement, but WOW, what an experience it was. There were so many beautiful traditions, along with all the old songs being sung and danced to by the wedding guests all day long. The wedding breakfast was no time to rest either, with; graces, speeches, toasts to kings and queens and the breaking of bread. And this was all just warming up for an absolutely 'FIRE' reception to end the night.
Now the couple did asked if their wedding photography gallery could be kept private, but they thankfully they let me a share a few... MAZEL TOV!
